Grow Unique sells digital products, including but not limited to templates, workbooks, frameworks, guides, courses, Notion pages, videos, prompts, resources, and other educational materials.

After purchase, you may receive access through a download link, email, checkout page, Notion template link, course platform, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for ensuring that you provide the correct email address at checkout and that you have the required software, apps, accounts, or internet access needed to use the product.

3. Educational Purpose Only

Our products are created for educational, personal development, business development, and informational purposes only.

While our products are designed to help you gain clarity, identify your unique value, develop ideas, improve your positioning, and take aligned action, we do not guarantee any specific result, income, business outcome, personal transformation, career outcome, or financial return.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, spam folders, third-party platform issues, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

7. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once access has been provided.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy, such as a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Businesses must not mislead customers about these rights. (ACCC)

Refunds will not generally be provided where:

you changed your mind;

you purchased the wrong product;

you no longer want the product;

you failed to use the product;

you do not have the required software, account, platform access, or internet connection to use the product;

you misunderstood the product despite the sales page accurately describing what was included.

8. Licence to Use the Product

When you purchase a Grow Unique digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

resell, share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or publish the product;

give access to the product to another person;

upload the product to a shared drive, public website, marketplace, database, or community;

claim the product, framework, template, content, or materials as your own;

use the product to create a competing product or service;

modify and resell the product under your own brand;

remove branding, copyright notices, or attribution unless we have given written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, templates, designs, prompts, text, graphics, videos, workbooks, guides, methods, and materials provided by Grow Unique remain the intellectual property of Grow Unique unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You are granted access for personal or internal business use only.

10. Notion Templates and Third-Party Platforms

Some products may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Notion, Google Drive, Stripe, Gumroad, ThriveCart, Kajabi, Skool, Canva, email software, or other tools.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, account requirements, updates, limitations, or technical issues of third-party platforms.

If a product requires a third-party account, you are responsible for creating and maintaining that account.

11. Account Access and Security

If your product includes account access, login details, or private links, you are responsible for keeping those details secure.

You must not share your login details or private access links with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe that your access has been shared, misused, copied, distributed, or used in breach of these Terms.
